Located in Yokohama Dobutsu-no-Mori Park, spanning Midori and Asahi Wards, this green area, surrounded by satoyama hills and fields, is enlivened by the efforts of local citizens. Here visitors can experience the bonds and connections between people and people, people and nature, people and the earth.

Here you can feel the connections between people and people, people and nature, and people and the earth, amidst a lush natural environment.
Located at the heart of Tsunagarinomori, Take no Unabara symbolizes the regeneration of the satoyama environment. The largest bamboo structure in Japan has been created from bamboo harvested with the aid of local citizens as part of Yokohama's bamboo grove management program.
Community volunteers attracted to the theme, "The next 150 years starts with me" have created a variety of programs offering 'dialogue, participation, and experience'.
Local citizens are involved in creating and communicating a variety of projects. Volunteers are welcome at any time: we urge you to find a project that interests you and get involved!
